See the springtime splendour of the garden expo

GREENIES gathered to see the plants on display at Wondai's famous garden expo this weekend.

From geraniums and orchards, to native gums and bush foods, there was plenty of variety at the 21st Spring Wondai Garden Expo.

More than 100 home, garden and decor stalls, along with 40 nurseries, gave every visitor a chance to 'spring clean' their gardens.

Stall holders were excited to see how busy the expo was, and took time out to hear from guest speakers such as soil doctor Jason Reimers, bush food expert Geoff Robinson and permaculture food forest expert Alan Atkinson.

The Wondai Garden Expo is held at the Wondai Sports Grounds from September 22 from 8am to 4.30pm and Sunday 8am to 1pm.

Entry prices start at $5 for an adult day pass and children under 15 gain free entry.
