Severe storm warning issued for Burnett

LARGE hailstones and damaging winds could make its way to parts of the Burnett.
The Bureau of Meteorology issued a severe thunderstorm warning for parts of southeast Queensland this afternoon.
The storm will likely produce damaging winds and large hailstones in the warning area over the next several hours.
Locations which may be impacted by the storm include Blackbutt, Kilcoy, Cooroy and Imbil.
Queensland Fire and Emergency Services advises people should:
Move you car under cover or away from trees.
Secure loose outdoor items
Seek shelter, preferably indoors and never under trees
Avoid using the telephone during a thunderstorm
Beware of fallen trees and powerlines
