Man finds worm in 'fresh fish fillet' during cook up at home
INSTEAD of enjoying a nicely home-cooked meal, Mark Albury was throwing up when he spotted an insect in it.
The Rockhampton man had cooked up freshwater fish fillet he had bought from Coles, when he saw a tiny creature.
Mark said he could see legs on the worm-looking insect and threw the fish outside in the bushes right away.

"I bought the fish (last) Friday and cooked it the next day," Mark said.
"When I broke it up (the insect) was brown and long and you could see its legs."
Mr Albury kept the insect and went to Coles at City Centre Plaza the next day for an explanation.
The 48-year-old said he was given a refund for the fish.
Mark told The Morning Bulletin that he decided to walk around Coles telling customers about what had happened to him, when police were contacted.
"The police told me not to play up in the store," Mark said.
He said he plans on staying away from seafood for a while after the incident.
The Morning Bulletin contacted Coles about the issue, but did not receive a response.
Meanwhile Central Queensland Hospital and Health Services are looking into the matter.
Executive Director Sub-acute, Ambulatory and Community Services, Michele Gardner said: "Environmental health officers from the Central Queensland Public Health Unit and Rockhampton Regional Council recently conducted an investigation concerning what appeared to be a worm in a piece of fish."
