UPDATE: Police investigate Southern Downs reported stabbing
UPDATE WED 18/10 4.24PM - Investigations have been finalised after a reported stabbing in Killarney on Monday afternoon.
Killarney police confirm they are not looking for an offender.
UPDATE 8AM: No charges have been laid in relation to an alleged stabbing in Killarney yesterday.
Killarney police officer Sergeant Brad Doyle this morning said investigations into the incident were continuing.
UPDATE 4.34PM: POLICE are investigating whether a reported stabbing in Killarney, in which a man suffered a "substantial" wound, was domestic-violence related.
Police were called to a the scene at 12.45pm where they found the man with a large stab wound to his leg
Killarney police officer Sergeant Brad Doyle said on arrival at the private residence police found a 43-year-old man with a non-life-threatening injury.
"Queensland Ambulance Service attended the scene shortly after and conveyed the man to Warwick Hospital in a stable condition for treatment," he said.
"Police from Killarney and the Warwick scenes of crime unit then examined the scene and spoke to a number of people.
"We're still investigating what caused the injury and as yet no weapons or knives have been seized.
"No charges have been laid and police are investigating whether the incident is a domestic matter."
EARLIER 1.49PM: AN AMBULANCE has transferred a man in his 40s to Warwick Base Hospital after an alleged stabbing incident this afternoon.
The man is reportedly in a stable condition.
Police are on scene attempting to determine the cause of the incident.
EARLIER: PARAMEDICS and police from Warwick and Killarney are responding to reports of a stabbing incident in Killarney.
Emergency services were called at 12.53pm and are en route to a location in Killarney.
