Suspensions could spell the end for NRL pair

REPEAT offenders Willie Mason and Issac Luke may have played their last games for their present clubs after again falling foul of the NRL's match review committee.

Mason faces a possible one-month ban for a shoulder charge on young Roosters forward Dylan Napa in the very first hit-up against the Roosters last weekend.

With Manly having flagged a clean-out ahead of the arrival of new coach Trent Barrett, the veteran forward may well have played his last NRL game.

Luke, a regular on the MRC's charge sheets, faces two weeks out for his shoulder charge on Broncos' winger Corey Oates last Thursday night. And with the energetic hooker headed to the Warriors next season, Luke may have played his last game for the Rabbitohs.

Meanwhile, Warriors forward Charlie Gubb could miss up to five games after being reported for two separate shoulder charges against Wests Tigers.
