TWO men and a teenage boy have been charged after allegedly sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl as she left a party at Lake Macquarie on the weekend.
Police allege the girl had left a party at Bolton Point about 11pm when she was allegedly attacked.
After speaking with the girl police established a crime scene at a home before the girl was taken to John Hunter Hospital for medical examinations.
Following an investigation, two 18-year-old men were arrested about 5pm on Sunday and charged with aggravated sexual assault in company.
The pair were refused bail and appeared at Toronto Local Court yesterday where they were granted bail to appear at Newcastle Local Court tomorrow.
About 10.30am yesterday, about 10.30am yesterday, a 17-year-old boy was arrested and charged with aggravated sexual assault in company.
He was refused bail and appeared at a children's court, where he was granted strict conditional bail to reappear at the same court on Monday December 18.
Police are urging anyone who was in the Bolton Point area on Saturday evening - and has not yet spoken to police - to come forward.
