Thieves smash $2000 door to steal chips

A GROUP of young offenders broke through a $2000 door to steal two packets of chips from the Caltex in Nanango on Saturday, February 17.

The Caltex station attendant said CCTV footage showed a group of school-aged children smash the glass floor with a brick before going through it with their bikes.

It's alleged they were in the store for about 30 seconds.
