Timomatic heading to Kingaroy

A BIG name in Australian music is heading our way early next year.

Popular singer and dancer Timomatic will perform at the Kingaroy Town Hall on January 19 as part of his national Do What You Want tour.

Timomatic shot to stardom after he was named a finalist in So You Think You Can Dance and came third in the fifth season of Australia's Got Talent.

Since then, his singles Set It Off, If Looks Could Kill and Parachute have rocketed up the ARIA charts.

Timomatic has also performed alongside big names like Nicki Minaj, Pitbull, Jason Derulo and David Guetta.

He also performed at MissUniverse to an audience of more than 100million.

"I absolutely love performing and for each show I do, I always give my all,” he said.

Dance and singing group Divine Our Destiny will join Timomatic on the tour.

Promoter Paul Smith said towns like Kingaroy rarely had the chance to see a big act like Timomatic.

"Kingaroy are in for a real treat because Timomatic has developed a reputation for being a world-class performer and entertainer,” Mr Smith said.

The South Burnett Times is giving away 10 VIP passes to the show.

Don't miss the entry form inside the paper from Friday, December 15.
