Toddler found floating face-down in pool
A TODDLER was recovering in hospital after being pulled unconscious from a Noosa resort's swimming pool on Sunday afternoon.
Ambulance crews called to the resort shortly before 4pm were told the three-year-old had been found floating face-down but a doctor staying there on holidays had given the infant CPR.
The child was taken to hospital for further treatment.
At almost exactly the same time an ambulance crew was called to Dicky Beach where a 24-year-old woman had been pulled from the surf after getting into difficulty.
She was conscious and alert when the crew arrived and did not need to be taken to hospital.
