Mr Jack, 42, was killed when he was involved in a two-vehicle crash on Mackay-Eungella Rd Monday afternoon.

His partner was contacted yesterday by the Daily Mercury but apart from confirming Mr Jack's identity, declined to comment further at this stage as some family members were yet to be informed.

Mackay police district duty officer Senior Sargent Mark Sweetnam said police were called to the crash where a motorbike and utility collided at 3.25pm on Monday.
