WATER has been turned off for Nanango residents between Grey and Elk Sts in Nanango.

The South Burnett Regional Council said the water was switched off due to a repair at the bottom end of Fitzroy St, Nanango.

It said water should be back on by 3pm and thanked people for their patience while the repair work could be carried out.
