What to expect at the Murgon Show

ROLL up, roll up, it's show season in the South Burnett, and Murgon is prepared to bring some fun.

Held on March 15 and 16, the show is offering a range of activities and entertainment for the whole family.

Check out their program below to see what to expect on this weekend of fun.

Friday

4pm onwards: Young handler and judges competitions

4pm: Stockman's Challenge

5.30pm: Sausage championship

6pm: Show barbecue

Saturday

7am: Gates open to the public

9am: Pavilion opens

9am onwards: Cattle events, horse events and ute muster

1.15pm: Official opening

2pm: Grand parade

Visitors can also expect a range of attractions, from having fun with farm animals and reptiles, show rides, rodeos, chainsaws, fashion parades and fireworks.
