Will it rain on BaconFest's parade?

BACONFEST is expecting to draw a huge crowd to Kingaroy this weekend, but will they need to come dressed for wet weather?

According to online weather forecast site, (weatherzone.com.au) we can expect a late shower on Friday afternoon and possible showers on both Saturday and Sunday.

Saturday looks to be the day to pack your umbrellas, with an 80 per cent chance of rain and up to 10-20mm of the wet stuff expected to fall.

Early morning frosts aren't going away any time soon, with the minimum temperature over the weekend expected to be four degrees.

With the large number of bushfires in the region in recent weeks, we can hardly bicker about the much-needed rain.

It just means BaconFest attendees will need to come prepared for a potentially wet weekend.
