Windows smashed, fuel stolen: Alleged juvenile crime

THREE young offenders are bring dealt with under the Youth Justice Act following two separate incidents.

A 17-year-old Kingaroy girl and 13-year-old Cherbourg girl allegedly smashed the window of a parked car on Gore St, Murgon at approximately 2.30pm on July 27.

In another incident a 12-year-old Cherbourg girl is being dealt with under the provisions of the Youth Justices Act after allegedly approached a car on Barambah Ave, Cherbourg, opened the fuel cap and used a hose to siphon fuel.
