Woman taken to hospital after assault

A WOMAN was taken to hospital on October 24 following an assault.

Nanango police said the woman was assaulted by a juvenile male about 3.45pm on Elk Street.

She was treated by the Queensland Ambulance Service before being taken to Nanango Hospital for further treatment.

The juvenile involved was dealt with by Nanango police under the Youth Justice Act.
