Woman taken to hospital with facial burns

A BLACKBUTT woman was taken to hospital after she suffered burns to her face.

A Queensland Ambulance spokesperson said paramedics were called just after 10pm on Tuesday night.

"(We) were called to a private residence following reports a woman in her 50s had been injured in fire incident involving an accelerant,” the spokesperson said.

"She was transported in a stable condition to Nanango Hospital with facial burns.”
